Today I'd like to introduce you to Meredith and Michael. Although these two didn't have a love at first sight encounter while working together, that quickly changed over the years. Lucky for them, the rain held off for most of their wedding day so we could take advantage of The Pick Inn's gorgeous rustic grounds. Just 40 minutes north of Nashville, The Pick Inn is located in Gallatin, TN just across the street from Bledsoe Creek State Park.
These two shared a special moment before the ceremony to pray together ( but no peeking until walking down the aisle !).
I was totally obsessing over the bridesmaids' pink and turquoise dresses. The floral arrangements by Black Tie Floral Design came out so lovely !
Meredith and Michael chose the Oak Tree Ceremony site at The Pick Inn in Gallatin, Tennessee for their wedding ceremony. It only sprinkled for a little bit, but I loved seeing everyone's colorful umbrellas !
The reception took place at The Pick Inn's Event Pavilion. Meredith and Michael made sure any kids in attendance had just as much fun as them by providing coloring pages and lots of outdoor games.
Besides the gorgeous desserts done by The Pick Inn, Meredith and Michael had Maggie Moo's Ice-Cream stop by for make your own sundaes.
Meredith's stylish grandmother from Kentucky was the absolute sweetest. She was rocking that white floral hat all day long !
I'll be happy if I'm half as cool as this little girl when I grow up!
Thanks so much to Kim Vetter Photography for having me along to celebrate Michael and Meredith's wedding day. I hope these two have a magical life ahead and enjoy every minute of their San Francisco honeymoon.
There's no better way to spend a beautiful afternoon on lower Broadway than to take advantage of The Valentine's 4 story upscale saloon and rooftop patio. I had a blast photographing the crowds for the St. Patrick's Day pub crawl and for those cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats game. After the Tennessee Volunteers won , Ryan Tolson hit the stage for some country cover songs.
Talk about a packed house !
The Valentine gives you lots of options whether you want to grab a drink and listen to the bands indoors or head up to their rooftop patio overlooking Broadway.
While walking through the crowds, I became very impressed by the various UK and St. Patty's Day outfits.
Sarah Jade and Luke Rund have banded together to form Broadway's newest music collaboration called Vices and Heroes.
Making friends with the fans !
Be sure to stop in at The Valentine on your next trip to Broadway. From incredible live music to a rooftop bar, this venue does not disappoint ! Stop in while walking the streets or book them for your next private event here.
