My favorite couples are the ones who go along with my more adventurous ideas. I was so excited when Kim and Joe said they were totally down walking through the shrubbery so I could capture this photograph from the perfect angle.
To start off the day, we got ready at Kim's house. I felt that her gorgeous bouquet created the perfect backdrop for her beautiful ring.
Kim's backyard provided some great shade for pre-ceremony pictures.
Flower girls deserve VIP treatment too.
Later in the day we headed over to the outdoor ceremony site at Lakeview Pavilion. Joe was all smiles waiting for his bride.
Big hug and a kiss from dad after walking down the aisle !
Sharing loving looks as each one made their vows.
Now that the ceremony is over, the after party can begin !
That moment when you know you just nailed your speech.
I wish these two cuties all the best and years filled with endless corny puns.
Even if you're convinced you've met all your best friend's male friends, don't say no to the party cause you just might meet the love of your life. Eight years later, Lisa and Walt are officially married.
After a week long forecast predicting rain for the big day, Saturday had nothing but blue skies. I was so excited to meet the happy couple and get to work alongside Lisa Gilbert Photography and Stephen Whiting Photography. Lisa (head photographer) and I started off the day with the girls at Lisa's childhood home.
Lisa walked down the aisle at Our Lady of Victory Church with an all white bouquet by Susan Sweeney Design and her dress was designed by none other than Sareh Nouri New York. ( You can check out my black and white photo that was showcased on their Instagram here !)
Before heading to the West Dennis Yacht Club ( which has a wonderful deck to watch the sunset), we took some formal pictures on the church grounds.
Then we headed over to Bass River Park and West Dennis Beach to capture those Cape Cod vibes. I wish these lovebirds a lifetime of love and a wonderful honeymoon in New Zealand.
